In this session we will unpack an effective meeting structure provided by Patrick Lencioni in his book, Death by Meeting. I will share how IDLA implements this meeting structure to support productive meetings that engage each participant. I will also demonstrate how IDLA is able to implement this meeting structure in a virtual environment, supported by Google tools.
